Biography

Raised in the construction industry, I spent much of my early life as a general laborer where I acquired hands-on experience for a wide array of construction skills. This early exposure forged a deep admiration for craftsmanship within the industry and led me to earn a Certificate in Carpentry and Renovation Techniques from St. Clair College. During this time, I learned the proper woodworking methods for designing custom cabinetry, furniture, and stairs.

As my interest in design deepened, I returned to St. Clair College to pursue undergraduate studies in Architectural Technology, where I thrived in translating my ideas into clear architectural solutions. Reinforcing my passion for design and graduating with honors.

Upon my graduation, I was awarded the Dean’s Award Scholarship to attend Boston Architectural College, where I studied under Harvard and MIT educated professors. This experience refined my design skills and strengthened my ability to conceptualize clearly, allowing me to integrate my theories within practical constructability. This led to my graduation of the Master of Architecture program at the top of my class, with academic distinction.

The blend of practical experience and theoretical education continues to inform my work today, as shown in the Performance Arts Campus project on my portfolio page - an official submission to the National Architectural Accrediting Board in 2024 for Boston Architectural College’s accreditation renewal.
